Application Students desiring to attend Baxter Seminary had to apply and to supply the appropriate documentation to the seminary which was detailed on the application form.  In 1958 the total fees were $690.00.  Out of state tuition added $150.00 for a total of $840.00.  Many students did not have the required funds to attend.
