Phased Implementation
This website is being put into place in phases as it is not a simple, quick, research, development and implementation
task. The amount of the information required is rather large and obtaining that information and the effort
required to do so are also huge tasks to be accomplished. This phased implementation allows a significant amount of
information to be made available online much sooner than waiting for the completion of the total body of work.
It is very intriguing to learn about heretofore little known or unknown
aspects, history, and facts about the school, the staff, the students, the operation, and all the people involved including
celebrities, heroes, politicians, and donors. Learning more about Baxter Seminary generates a tremendous desire to convey to others
these same facts, history, etc. about what was truly an awesome school called Baxter Seminary. This web site is to
be a chronicle of what happened, who participated, the dedication, those involved and their roles, the impact on the
students, the Town of Baxter, Putnam County, The State of Tennessee, the nation and beyond.
The initial phase lays the foundation for the website's beginning and the basis for its growth.
